Terrell Suggs Arrested After Shocking Starbucks Gun Incident—Allegedly Threatened to Kill a Customer in Heated Altercation!

Former NFL linebacker Terrell Suggs was arrested for assault late Tuesday night in Arizona, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

The arrest was a result of a March 10 incident at a Starbucks, where Suggs allegedly brandished a gun and threatened to kill a fellow customer in the drive through, according to police documents obtained by TMZ.

The drama unfolded after Suggs drove past the speaker and when he reversed, bumped into the car of another person in line.

There was no damage to the cars, but two separate verbal altercations ensued in which Suggs told the man, “I’ll kill your bitch ass!”

As Suggs was pulling away he allegedly pulled out a black handgun.

“The handgun was never pointed at the victim and was just merely shown,” the docs said, per TMZ.

The 41-year-old Suggs was charged with one count of assault and one count of offenses against public order, court records show.

Suggs was arrested Tuesday for an incident reported on March 10, the Scottsdale Police Department told The Post.

“He was booked in the MCSO Jail on charges of Threatening and Intimidating and Disorderly Conduct with a Weapon,” a police spokesperson said.

Suggs has since been released, a spokesperson for the MCSO jail told TMZ.

In a statement through EAG Sports to ESPN, Suggs explained his side of the story.

“I was in a quiet area of Scottsdale in the middle of the day in a Starbucks drive-thru near my home when an incident happened with a vehicle behind me. I was getting coffee, I was not looking for any trouble,” Suggs said. “When the man in the other vehicle escalated the situation, I feared for my safety not knowing what his intentions were. Throughout the incident, I was the one who felt in danger, while fearing I would be followed home and for the safety of my family nearby at my residence.”

Per ESPN, Suggs will have to give up any weapons as part of his release.

Suggs, a former first-round pick out of Arizona State, spent 17 seasons in the NFL from 2003 to 2019.

The All-Pro linebacker won two Super Bowl titles, first with the Ravens in 2013 and then with the Chiefs in 2019.

Suggs played his first 16 seasons in Baltimore before splitting the 2019 campaign between the Cardinals and Chiefs.
